| WHERE
ANIMALS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SHIPMENT Animals from the time of shipment are in the care of Ladyhaye IPTA LLP & the carrying airline. Although every possible care and attention will be given to animals during transit, it is regretted that no responsibility can be accepted by Ladyhaye or by the carriers for escape, death by any causes, by reason of climate conditions, war, acts of foreign enemies or Government or riots and radioactive contamination. If you are supplying your own travel box, it must be large enough to allow your pet to stand up, turn around and sit down in comfort. If the travel box at the point of departure is found not to conform with the current IATA regulations, then a new travel box will be supplied. This must be paid for prior to departure. If any animal appears to be unfit to travel, veterinary advice will be sought immediately and charged as necessary. If any shipment is unavoidably delayed due to weather conditions, strikes etc, please state if extra costs incurred are to be paid by the owner in the UK. All shipping charges are to be paid in full prior to departure. Prices quoted for shipping to the UK exclude local taxes where applicable. WHERE PETS ARE ACCEPTED INTO BOARDING All pets must be fully vaccinated as follows:- DOGS - Distemper, Hardpad, Leptospirosis & Parvovirus. CATS - Feline enteritis & Cat flu. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each pet boarded at these kennels, we cannot be held responsible for loss, either through illness or any other cause. Should it be necessary to call a Veterinary Surgeon to attend a pet, the owner of the pet shall be responsible for settling the account. I, the owner of the pet, agree to board my pet(s) at Ladyhaye boarding kennels on the unberstanding that although every care and attention will be given, the boarding kennel owner accepts no responsibility for the loss of my pet through illness or any other cause. I further agree that if my pet is not collected within fourteen days of the date on which it is due to leave the kennels, and no communication is received from me by the boarding kennel owner, my authority is given to sell or otherwise dispose of my pet at the boarding kennel owners discretion. PRIVACY STATEMENT The forms used for contacting Ladyhaye require you to give us contact details such as (name, address and communication details). The information or data registered via www.ladyhaye.co.uk is not made publicly available and measures are in place to protect the user information registered in our systems. Ladyhaye does not publish, share, trade, sell or otherwise disseminate any of the information or data registered or provided to us to any other party. Ladyhaye may, however, be obligated and is entitled to disclose information and data registered or provided to us in compliance with applicable law, court or arbitration orders, judgements awards or other legal processes served or in compliance with requests by any entitled authority, body or person or to protect the interests, rights, property of Ladyhaye. |
